The synthesis method comprises the following steps: carrying out proportioning and mixing according to the formula; B. carrying out a reaction in a reactor, carrying out stirring and heating in the reactor, starting to yield water at the temperature of 165 DEG C, then, heating the temperature of the reactor to 240 DEG C, and carrying out an isothermal reaction at the temperature of 240 DEG C for 5 hours until the acid number of the mixture is smaller than 5mgKOH / g; and C. carrying out vacuum distillation, gradually lowering the vacuum degree of the reactor to 20kPa, detecting the acid number of the mixture until the acid number is smaller than 1mgKOH / g, continuing to lower the vacuum degree to -100kPa, carrying out a reaction for 2.5 hours, and then, detecting relative molecular weight, wherein polyester polyol with the relative molecular weight of 10,000 to 15,000 is qualified.
