Abstract

The invention discloses a hydroxy acrylic resin and a cured film. A molecular structure of the hydroxy acrylic resin comprises (A) a repeating unit derived from a monomer represented by a formula I, wherein the structural formula is as shown in the specification; in the formula I, m, n, a, b and c are positive integers of not less than 3; (B) a repeating unit derived from a monomer represented by a formula II, wherein the structural formula is as shown in the specification; in the formula II, R1 is H or methyl; and R2 is C1-4 alkyl, ethoxy or N,N-diethylamine ethyl and ethyl; and (C) a repeating unit derived from a monomer with an ethylene group, a silicon atom and at least two alkoxy groups connected with the silicon atom. According to the hydroxy acrylic resin disclosed by the invention, the molecular structure of the hydroxy acrylic resin comprises a silicon-oxygen block and a polyether block, so that the resin has excellent hydrophobic property and high fullness and hardness.
