The semiconductor chilling plate comprises a cold end and a hot end, the hot end of the semiconductor chilling plate is provided with a cooling mechanism, the cold end of the semiconductor chilling plate is in contact with a frosting machine, an exhaust fan is arranged at the front end of the frosting machine, the box is provided with an air inlet passage which extends from the exterior of the box to the exhaust fan, a water collector is arranged below the frosting machine, the water collector is linked to a water outlet of the box.
