Abstract

The invention discloses a conductive slip ring which comprises a rotor and a stator arranged at the periphery of the rotor and matching the rotor. The rotor comprises a spindle and conductive columns. The spindle is circumferentially sleeved with ring channels communicated with the conductive columns, and insulating parts which sleeve the spindle are arranged between adjacent ring channels. The insulating parts and the ring channels are provided with through holes for placing the conductive columns. Rotor insulating sleeves are arranged between the spindle and the ring channels and between the conductive columns and the ring channels respectively. According to the conductive slip ring disclosed by the invention, through arrangement of the insulating parts and the ring channels on the spindle and a superposed rotor structure, the accuracy of dynamic balance is increased, loading and unloading for dynamic balance is more convenient, the concentricity of the rotor is improved, and reliable contact between the carbon brush and the ring channels during high-speed rotation of the rotor is satisfied.
