The nutrient soil is characterized by being prepared by the following steps: firstly extracting and separating sophocarpidine by virtue of an ultrasonic extraction-microwave extraction combined technique and trichloromethane extraction; and then carrying out microwave heating on attapulgite, vermiculite and zeolite so as to increase effective apertures of the attapulgite, the vermiculite and the zeolite, and introducing the sophocarpidine into the apertures of the attapulgite, the vermiculite and the zeolite; and finally carrying out cross-linking polymerization on acrylamide, as a monomer, and the attapulgite, the vermiculite and the zeolite under the catalysis of potassium persulfate, so as to obtain spatial reticular inorganic mineral-polymer particles, namely the nutrient soil with the broad-spectrum insecticidal property and the good water retention capacity.
