The invention provides a vibration test simulation system and method for a slender aircraft, and aims to realize simulation of a random vibration test and improve simulation efficiency. The system comprises a preprocessing module, a finite element modeling module, a condition setting module, an analysis calculation module, a result processing module and a test database; and software involved by the five modules and the test database is integrated in the simulation system. The method comprises the steps of selecting aircraft, vibration table and clamp geometric models, writing a simulation algorithm file in a .m format, determining a control spectrum, inputting known data of the spectrum, and establishing model correction standards; processing the geometric models, the simulation algorithm file and the known data of the control spectrum; performing finite element modeling on the geometric models; setting a control mode and control point positions; reversely calculating a load loaded to the vibration table model; verifying the reversely calculated load; and performing comparison on mean square root errors between response spectrum type data and control spectrum type data of monitoring points to obtain an optimal control point position.
