A gateway server injects computing atoms to corresponding node servers according to a computing atom injection request. The gateway server searches node servers in which the corresponding computing atoms are located according to an atom starting command and controls the node servers to start corresponding computing atoms. The gateway server obtains computing results of the corresponding computing atoms according to a computing result obtaining request and returns the computing results to an application server for output. The computing atoms are injected and started and the computing results are fed back according to instructions input by a user; the user is supported to inject the computing atoms of different program models for parallel computing; a parallel computing mode is controlled by the user; the system management and computing resource control complexity is simplified; the flexibility of the user for a parallel computing design program model is increased; and the use flexibility is high.
