Problems solved by technology

In the field of ECT, data fusion technology was first applied to cylindrical sensors. There are three main fusion methods: (1) fusion of multiple sets of capacitance data obtained by rotation measurement (2) fusion of multi-mode sensor measurement data (3 ) to fuse the reconstructed images of multi-mode sensors. The above fusion methods all get good results, but they are not suitable for single-mode planar array capacitive sensors.

Embodiment Construction

[0051] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0052] see Figure 1-2 , a planar array electrode capacitive sensor, including an insulating case 1 and measuring electrodes 3; the measuring electrodes 3 have twelve in total, and are all mounted on the insulating case 1, and the twelve measuring electrodes 3 are formed on the insulating case 1 into four An electrode array of rows and three columns, an inter-electrode shielding bar 5 is arranged between two adjacent measuring electrodes 3, an edge shielding frame 4 is arranged around the electrode array, and a bottom shielding is also arranged between the electrode array and the bottom of the insulating casing 1 Plate 2, because the measured capacitance value is very weak, it is susceptible to the impression of noise in the environment, so the present invention greatly reduces the influence of environmental noise on the measurement resu...

Abstract

The invention discloses a planar array electrode capacitance sensor. A bottom shielding plate, edge shielding frames and inter-electrode shielding strips are arranged at the bottom so that influences, caused by environment noises, on a measurement result are greatly reduced, and the measurement precision is easy to improve. The invention further discloses a planar array electrode capacitance imaging system and imaging method based on the planar array electrode capacitance sensor; a data fusion technology is applied to image processing of a reconstructed image; a detected material is divided into 8 layers by utilizing ANSYS finite element simulation software aiming at the 3*4 planar array electrode capacitance sensor and a sensitivity matrix of each layer is calculated; image reconstruction is carried out by adopting a Landwerb iterative algorithm; in order to fuse and reconstruct a layered image, a main component analysis method is used for calculating main component vectors of the reconstructed layered image and main components are fused according to percentage of a contribution rate; finally, the fused image is obtained; image errors and related coefficients of the image obtained by data fusion are improved when being compared with that of an original image.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of capacitance tomography, in particular to a plane array electrode capacitance sensor, an imaging system and an imaging method. Background technique [0002] Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) has developed rapidly in recent years. It has the advantages of safety and non-invasiveness and has been widely used in industrial multiphase flow detection, nondestructive flaw detection and other fields. The planar array electrode capacitive imaging sensing technology developed on the basis of ECT not only has the characteristics of ECT technology, but also can approach the measured object from a single plane, which can overcome the limitations of some conventional nondestructive testing methods and has a wide range of applications. It is applied to the tested materials of different properties, so it gradually rises and becomes a research hotspot in the field of non-destructive testing technology in recent year...
