The control method comprises the steps of in system starting and electrification, performing an initializing operation by a processor, lowering an enabling end of a TEC power supply circuit, and keeping enabling voltage which is output from the TEC power supply circuit to a TEC controller to zero; and after processor initialization is finished, increasing voltage of the enabling end of the TEC power supply circuit by the processor, outputting the enabling voltage by the TEC power supply circuit to a TEC controller, and starting to perform temperature control on an infrared focal plane detector.
