The method comprises steps: a doctor client is adopted to issue a checklist, and the checklist is stored to a to-be-processed checklist list of a worklist server; in the case of check by the ophthalmology equipment, a corresponding worklist client is started to enable the worklist client to send a worklist query request to the worklist server, and the worklist server returns a corresponding checklist list to the worklist client according to the request; a corresponding checklist is selected in the checklist list and the ID of the checklist is sent to the worklist server, and the worklist server moves a checklist record corresponding to the ID to an already-processed checklist list; the worklist client writes the currently-selected checklist to a checklist interface file, and operation is ended; and the ophthalmology equipment monitors the worklist client ends operation, the checklist is read from the checklist interface file, and corresponding check is executed according to the checklist.
