Embodiment

[0033] Brassica napus was selected as the research material; rape seeds were germinated in 12 plug trays in the laboratory, and Hoagland's culture medium was prepared to cultivate the seedlings to the 3-leaf stage or above, and the seedlings with the same growth were randomly selected as the model plants of the investigated plants; different concentrations of Polyethylene glycol PEG-6000 was added to the Hoagland culture medium, and the culture medium with different drought levels was prepared as shown in Table 1.

[0036] The above-mentioned 3-leaf stage seedlings of the investigated plants used to make models were cultivated at the same time with culture solutions of different drought levels, and the corresponding culture solution was replaced every day. The third expanded leaf was used as the object of investigation. During 9:00-11:00 in the morning of the 18th day, the physiological capacitance value C, the le...

Abstract

The invention discloses a leaf tensity change-based photosynthesis predicting method and belongs to the technical fields of agricultural engineering and crop information detection. The method comprises setting different drought stress level pair models for treatment, measuring the physiological capacitance C, the leaf water potential W and the net photosynthetic rate An of leaves of a model plant, calculating the leaf tensity Td of the module plant, utilizing a rectangular hyperbolic equation to structure a mathematical model of the relationship of the leaf tensity Td and the net photosynthetic rate An of the model plant; selecting a plant to be surveyed, which grows at a draught level to be detected, measuring the physiological capacitance Cs and the leaf water potential Ws of the plant to be surveyed, and calculating the leaf tensity Tds of the plant to be surveyed; according to the structured mathematical model, determining the net photosynthetic rate Ans of the plant to be surveyed. The leaf tensity change-based photosynthesis predicting method has the advantages of being simple and rapid in operation and free from natural environment restriction and can online monitor the water status of leaves in real time and predict the change of plant photosynthesis to provide scientific basis for timely, moderate and accurate water supply.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural engineering and crop information detection, and relates to a photosynthesis prediction method based on changes in leaf tension. Background technique [0002] With the increasing shortage of water resources and the rising cost of agricultural irrigation water, it is urgent to improve water-saving irrigation technology to solve the current shortage of agricultural water resources and realize the sustainable development of agriculture. Deficit-regulated irrigation is one of the leading directions for the development of water-saving and irrigated agriculture in the future, and its smooth implementation is based on timely, appropriate and precise water supply. Regulated deficit irrigation can reasonably reduce the waste of irrigation water resources, but at the same time it will also cause a certain degree of yield decline, based on accurate and timely acquisition of crop water demand information....
