Abstract

The invention discloses a method utilizing the 3D laser scanning technology to realize rapid BIM modeling. The method comprises steps that a data acquisition step, field scanning is carried out through utilizing a three-dimensional laser scanner, integral and real original data of a designated structure engineering target is acquired, and point cloud data having the accurate space information is acquired; a point cloud data pre-processing step, splicing, de-noising, classification and color processing of the acquired three-dimensional laser point cloud data are carried out through utilizing point cloud pre-processing software; BIM model construction is carried out; model application management is carried out. The method is advantaged in that rapid, accurate and batch BIM modeling is carried out through utilizing the 3D laser scanning technology, data bulk of artificial field repetition measurement can be reduced to a maximum degree, modeling precision and efficiency are improved, resources are reasonably utilized, a problem of inconvenience in traditional BIM modeling is solved, and high-precision and high-efficiency BIM modeling is realized.
