Abstract

The invention discloses a device for the real-time online measurement of glass thickness in the technology of glass thinning, and the device comprises a reference probe and an induction probe. The reference probe comprises a reference probe supporting bushing, an eddy current reference seat, a reference probe laser range-finding sensor, and a reference probe buffering spring. The induction probe comprises an induction probe supporting bushing, an eddy current sensor, an induction probe laser range finding sensor, and an induction probe buffering spring. Two sensors respectively detect the spacing changes caused by the compressed deformation of the reference probe buffering spring and the induction probe buffering spring, and achieve the measurement of thickness. The invention also discloses a corresponding measurement system, a corresponding measurement method, and an application. The device which achieves the automatic measurement through various types of sensors can avoid the impact from the corrosive solution in the technologies of glass thinning and secondary strengthening, and achieves the real-time online obtaining of the accurate measurement information.
