The method comprises the steps that basic information of the power plant to be built is determined according to a typical power plant database which is established in advance; according to the determined basic information of the power plant to be built as well as data of a selected discharge model database, a discharge list is determined; a weather initial field is determined according to regional geographic data and a WRF-CHEM model; data of atmospheric pollutants, such as traces, diffusion and sedimentation concentrations and diffusion scopes, is determined according to the discharge list and the weather initial field; and evaluation results are generated according to GIS geographic information and the data of the atmospheric pollutants, such as the traces, diffusion and sedimentation concentrations and diffusion scopes.
