Abstract

Fast development of society means more white-collar workers are required and white-collar workers remain the mainstream of the labor force. However, the white-collar workers who live under such high pressure easily develop mental fatigue which often produces negative impact. Therefore, how to detect the fatigue level of a person becomes a hot topic in the field of image processing. According to the invention, the method herein aims at proposing a method which can use the sparse representation classification algorithm to increase the accuracy of identifying face fatigue expression in a low-resolution image. In order to effectively increase the capability of determining face fatigue expression in a low-resolution image and identifying performances, the method herein increases a fatigue expression identifying method based on Gabor feature and sparse representation. Further, in order to further reduce luminance and noise, and the impact on face fatigue expression fatigue by face subtle changes, the method combines feature extraction method and sparse representation which are often used in face expression identification of PCA, Gabor, and the like.
