The method includes the following steps: a user obtains a service interface through a client side; the user builds data strips needing to be written in; the user provides appropriate access control, and submitting the data strips to an access server; the access server sends a request to a distributed verification server, and the verification server obtains a storage request of a client, thereby obtaining the data strips; and the verification server performs consensus verification on a data strip set through a consensus system, and when a block period is due, the verification server writes the verified data strip set in a block chain. The system includes a client, an access server, a distributed verification server and a block chain system.
