Embodiment 1

[0032] refer to figure 1 , which shows a flow chart of steps of a method for generating a predicted image according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, which may specifically include the following steps:

[0033] Step 101: Obtain characteristic information of the patient.

[0034] In the embodiment of the present invention, the characteristic information of the patient may include: the patient's age, weight, symptoms, test items in the case, and the like.

[0035] Preferably, the step 101 may include: receiving medical record data of the patient; extracting characteristic information of the patient from the medical record data.

[0036] When the patient goes to the hospital for physical examination, he will fill in the medical record data form according to the requirements of the hospital. The medical record data form also requires the patient to fill in personal information, such as name, age, height, weight, etc., and after each physical examination item is checked ,...

Embodiment 2

[0070] refer to figure 2 , which shows a flow chart of steps of a method for generating a predicted image according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, which may specifically include the following steps:

[0071] Step 201: Obtain characteristic information of the patient.

[0072] In the embodiment of the present invention, the characteristic information of the patient may include: the patient's age, weight, symptoms, test items in the case, and the like.

[0073] After acquiring the characteristic information of the patient, go to step 202 .

[0074] Step 202: According to the characteristic information of the patient, determine the first cluster type to which the patient belongs among the patient cluster types.

[0075] In the embodiment of the present invention, the patient clustering type is a clustering type obtained in advance through a clustering algorithm according to the characteristic information of the sample patient, and each clustering type corresponds to...

Embodiment 3

[0094] refer to image 3 , which shows a schematic structural diagram of a predictive image generation device according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention, which may specifically include the following modules:

[0095] A feature information acquisition module 301, configured to acquire feature information of the patient;

[0096] The feature information acquisition module 301 may include:

[0097] A medical record data receiving submodule, configured to receive the patient's medical record data;

[0098] The characteristic information extraction submodule is used to extract the characteristic information of the patient from the medical record data.

[0099] Disease course stage determination module 302, configured to determine the disease course stage corresponding to the lesion image of the patient according to the characteristic information of the patient;

[0100] The predicted lesion image generating module 303 is configured to input the lesion image and the disea...

Abstract

The invention provides a predictive image generation method and a predictive image generation device. The method includes: acquiring characteristic information of a patient; determining the disease course stage corresponding to a lesion image of the patient according to the characteristic information of the patient; inputting the lesion image and the disease course stage into a pre-established image prediction model to generate a predictive lesion image of the patient, wherein the predictive lesion image is the lesion image corresponding to the evolutionary stage of the disease course stage. After the disease course stage corresponding to the lesion image of the patient is determined, the lesion image, namely the disease course stage is inputted into the pre-established image prediction model to generate the predictive lesion image of the patient, and therefore, the patient can visually observe future evolution of lesions according to the generated predictive lesion image.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a method and device for generating a predictive image. Background technique [0002] In the current field of visual medical diagnosis, the processing and analysis of lesion images is one of the commonly used medical technology means. Doctors can in-depth analysis of lesion images (such as X-ray images, B-ultrasound images, gastroscopy photos, MRI images, etc.) Understand the patient's lesions and give reasonable treatment suggestions. [0003] However, most patients have limited knowledge of medical expertise, and what patients themselves know is only the results obtained by doctors based on the analysis of lesion images. Patients cannot accurately and vividly predict the evolution of their future lesions. [0004] Therefore, how to provide evolved lesion images for users to directly watch has become an urgent problem to be solved. Contents of the invention [0005] The pres...
