The method comprises the steps of obtaining an activation energy empirical value and dynamics parameter initial values of a catalytic cracking reaction dynamics model and operation condition data of the catalytic cracking reaction; according to the activation energy empirical value, the dynamics parameter initial values and the operation condition data, obtaining simulative product distribution data of catalytic cracking by utilizing a computational fluid mechanics method; and according to the simulative product distribution data and pre-obtained actually measured product distribution data of the catalytic cracking reaction, optimizing the dynamics parameters of the catalytic cracking reaction dynamics model by utilizing a genetic algorithm, and performing estimation to obtain target dynamics parameters of the catalytic cracking reaction.
