Abstract

The invention discloses an animal model in a tranexamic acid induced hyper-coagulation state and a building method thereof. The building method is characterized in that a rat is gavaged for two times with tranexamic acid, and then the animal model in the tranexamic acid induced hyper-coagulation state can be formed during 2-12 hours; the operation is simple; the success rate of the model is high; and the hyper-coagulation state lasts a long time. The building method is simple to operate, and high in success rate of the model, and the hyper-coagulation state lasts a long time. With the adoption of the building method, the tranexamic acid based rat animal model in the hyper-coagulation state is successfully built; a foundation is provided to the study on related rat hyper-coagulation state; and a novel rate hyper-coagulation state animal model method is provided.
