Problems solved by technology

These catalysts can effectively increase the content of phenolic substances in liquid oils, but due to the serious deactivation of the catalysts, it is difficult to use them continuously and efficiently, and it is difficult to meet the needs of preparing a large amount of phenol-rich liquid oils; As a result, it is often necessary to mix the catalyst with the biomass, and to separate the catalyst from the coke product after the reaction, which will increase the complexity of the operation and increase the operating cost

Embodiment 1

[0038] The embodiment of the present invention describes a method for preparing phenol-rich liquid oil from biomass, and the method specifically includes the following steps:

[0039] S1: crush and sieve the bamboo to a size smaller than 120 mesh, put it in an oven at 105°C for 24 hours, and obtain the pyrolysis raw material;

[0040] S2: Use a fixed-bed reactor with a diameter of 45mm and a length of 60mm for pyrolysis. After heating the reactor to a specified temperature of 400°C, quickly send 2g of biomass mixture into the middle of the reactor for a reaction time of 30min. The substance is fully decomposed, the total flow of argon and ammonia is 200mL / min, and the proportion of ammonia is 10%;

[0041] S3: Pyrolysis volatiles are brought into the condenser by the mixed gas, and cooled by the ice-water mixture to become a phenol-rich liquid oil product. Phenol-rich liquid oils include: phenol, 2-methylphenol, 3-methylphenol, 4-methylphenol, p-methylphenol, 4-ethylphenol, 4...

Embodiment 2

[0045] This embodiment is the same as Embodiment 1, except that the pyrolysis temperature is 500° C., and the pyrolysis time is 60 minutes.

Embodiment 3

[0047] This embodiment is the same as Embodiment 1, except that the pyrolysis temperature is 600° C., and the pyrolysis time is 50 minutes.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparation of phenol-rich liquid oil by utilizing biomass. The method comprises the following preparation process: subjecting the biomass to crushing and drying, and carrying out rapid pyrolysis in an atmosphere of ammonia gas with a set concentration so as to obtain a biological oil product rich in high-value-added phenolic substances, wherein pyrolytic coke has high nitrogen content and rich active nitrogen-contained functional groups. The method provided by the invention does not use any solid catalysts in the preparation process of the phenol-rich liquid oil and has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation, low cost, continuousness and high efficiency; the phenolic substances in the liquid oil obtained by using the method provided by the invention are high in selectivity and can be applied to preparation of chemical products like phenolic resin; meanwhile, coke by-products obtained by using the method provided by the invention can also be extensively applied to the fields like adsorbents, catalysts and electrode materials. The method provided by the invention facilitates high-value utilization of all the components of the biomass.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomass utilization, in particular to a method for preparing phenol-rich liquid oil from biomass. Background technique [0002] With the depletion of global fossil energy and the intensification of environmental problems, the development and utilization of environmentally friendly renewable resources has become a necessary trend for future energy development. Biomass is the only renewable carbon source, and fuel oil products, as well as abundant high value-added chemicals can be obtained through thermochemical conversion. At present, the biomass-based chemicals that have received widespread attention include: furfural, L-glucose, L-glucosone, aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols, etc. Among them, phenolic substances are bulk chemicals with wide application prospects. For example, phenol can be used to prepare chemical products such as phenolic resin, bisphenol, phenolphthalein, caprolactam, and salicylic acid, as well a...
