Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for an ice nucleus active bacteria compound for preventing and controlling insect attack. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) fermenting ice nucleus active bacteria which include pseudomonas syringae, pineapple erwinia and xanthomonas and (2) uniformly mixing the acquired ice nucleus active bacteria with a compound surfactant, thereby acquiring the ice nucleus active bacteria compound for preventing and controlling insect attack. A large amount of pseudomonas syringae, pineapple erwinia and xanthomonas fermented according to the invention can effectively prevent and control agricultural insects and especially have an efficient killing function for insect larvae in the overwintering period. The ice nucleus active bacteria compound is capable of lowering the under-cooling point of the insect larvae and freezing the insect larvae to die or hurt under relative higher temperature in the overwintering period. The method disclosed by the invention is simple. After the ice nucleus active bacteria compound is used, no drug resistance is generated, no pollution is caused and the ice nucleus active bacteria compound is long-term effective.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pest prevention and control of agricultural crops, in particular to a preparation method of an ice nucleation active bacterial composition for pest control. Background technique [0002] Crop pests are an important limiting factor affecting crop yield and income. For example, rapeseed borer harms plants such as fennel, sugar beet, cabbage, rapeseed, shepherd's purse, radish, cabbage, and mustard greens. [0003] For the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests, the prior art generally uses the method of spraying chemical pesticides. This method has significant defects. Although the short-term efficacy is high, the residual toxicity of chemical pesticides is long. After long-term use, the pests will develop resistance. The effect is greatly reduced. [0004] Moreover, the large-scale input and long-term use of chemical pesticides have brought about many problems. Due to the large-scale application of ch...
