The ginger root oil-containing relaxing massage oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of olive fruit oil, 15-15 parts of ginger root oil, 5-15 parts of squalane, 25-83.5 parts of dormant oils. 0.5-10 parts of hydrogenated apricot kernel oil, 0.5-10 parts of prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, and 0.5-10 parts of grape seed oil. According to the preparation method of the massage oil, heating and mixing are conducted by adopting an air blowing manner. Through synergistic matching action of all the components, the efficacies of the ginger root oil can be maximized, and by adopting the preparation method, the uniform mixing of all the components can be realized, and the proportion of all the components nearly does not change during the preparation process.
