The ginger root oil-containing relaxing massage oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of olive fruit oil, 15-15 parts of ginger root oil, 5-15 parts of squalane, 25-83.5 parts of dormant oils. 0.5-10 parts of hydrogenated apricot kernel oil, 0.5-10 parts of prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, and 0.5-10 parts of grape seed oil. According to the preparation method of the massage oil, heating and mixing are conducted by adopting an air blowing manner.
