Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting the nutrient composition of barley straw. The method comprises the following steps: (1) chemical analysis of the nutrient composition of barley straw; (2) near infrared spectrum data collection for a barley straw sample; (3) original spectrum preprocessing; (4) building standard sample screening; (5) calibration model establishment; (6) determination of an optimal model; and (7) model external verification. MPLS is used for improving least square method regression technology matched and combined with different spectrum processing methods and parameters, and establishment for a barley straw near infrared external model is established; three indexes such as 1-VR, SECV and SEC are used for determining the optimal model; and an independent sample set without participating a model calibration process is adopted for carrying out external verification on the optimal model. An NIRS calibration model is established for the nutrient composition in the barley straw sample by using the NIRS technology, corresponding external verification is carried out on the model, the feasibility of the main composition of barley straw predicted by the model is determined, and a method for rapidly predicting the nutrient composition of barley straw is provided in the production process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of nutritional composition detection, in particular to a method for quickly predicting the nutritional composition of barley straw. Background technique [0002] Barley straw is an important roughage resource for livestock such as cattle and sheep, but at present there are few basic researches on barley straw resources, the traditional determination of nutritional components is slow, and there is a lack of rapid detection technology for the nutritional composition of barley straw. Barley straw Ash content (Ash), crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) of barley straw vary greatly, and it is difficult to achieve precise formulation of ruminant feed only based on the analysis values of the database. The present invention uses NIRS (near-infrared spectroscopy) technology to establish a NIRS calibration model for the nutritional components in barley straw samples, and c...
