The application discloses a construction method of full-steel-casing mud-free cast-in-place
pile for soft soil layer in sensitive area. The method collects underground pipelines, underground
water level, soft soil layering parameters and deformation value of adjacent sensitive objects to determine the
control parameters of steel casing penetration, drilling and settlement; in the process of static pressure penetration of the steel casing, the soil in the previous section of the steel casing is taken out to form a soil unloading section, then the next section of the steel casing is controlled to continue to be pressed in, and the penetration speed and correction amount are dynamically corrected according to the
penetration force, vertical deviation and surrounding settlement value; then the soil is taken out in the steel casing to form a hole without mud, and re-excavation,
slag removal or drilling adjustment is carried out according to the hole forming stability
evaluation result; when pouring concrete, the stage lifting amount is determined according to the pouring amount and pressure, so that the bottom end of the steel casing is kept in the safe embedding range. The application can reduce the disturbance of soft soil, hole collapse, mud inclusion and
pile breakage risk, and realize mud-free
environmental protection construction.
