The method includes: sending a test task inputted by a testing personnel to a task queen of automation control nodes; starting execution scripts of the automation control nodes and acquiring to-be executed task information from the task queue; according to the to-be-executed task information, acquiring corresponding task engines from a pre-established task engine pools, locking the task engines, setting ssh no-password access among the task engines, and setting ssh no-password access among the automation control nodes; establishing distributed cluster scripts and configuring roles for clusters according to automation test configuration files; acquiring test scripts, and executing the corresponding test scripts on the task engines according to the automation test configuration files to complete test of the corresponding unified storage equipment. Test efficiency and test quality of the unified storage equipment are improved, and efficiency in research and development of entire software is benefited.
