Abstract

The invention relates to a Pleurotus ostreatus culture material using the root of sprouted beans and corn cob as carbon sources, wherein the Pleurotus ostreatus culture material is prepared from the following components by weight: 40-45 parts of corn cob debris, 40-45 parts of the root of sprouted beans, 8-12 parts of bran, 1-3 parts of lime, 0.8-1.2 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.8-1.2 parts of gypsum powder, and 0.8-1.2 parts of edible salt through the existing technology. According to the present invention, the yield and the quality of the Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated by using the crop waste as the carbon source are almost the same as the yield and the quality of the Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated by using sawdust and cottonseed hull as the carbon source while the production cost is substantially reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to edible fungi, in particular to a culture material for oyster mushrooms whose carbon source is sprouts, vegetable roots and corncobs. Background technique [0002] Edible fungi play an important role in poverty alleviation programs and vegetable basket projects. The compost for traditional cultivation of edible fungi uses miscellaneous wood chips and cottonseed hulls as carbon sources. The lack of sources of these raw materials restricts the development of edible fungi. [0003] At present, there is no report on making compost for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus with sprouts, vegetable roots and corncobs as the main carbon source. Contents of the invention [0004] Aiming at the deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a kind of oyster mushroom compost whose carbon source is sprouts, vegetable roots and corn cobs. The output and quality of oyster mushrooms cultivated for carbon sources are comparable, bu...
