Problems solved by technology

Such therapeutic proteins used in wound healing therapy are expensive, unstable in storage and cumbersome to use, and protein instability (proteolytic breakdown products) may lead to unexpected inflammatory responses that are toxic to the host
[0016] Although many attempts have been made to promote wound healing products using peptides, their wound healing effects are not yet satisfactory

Abstract

The invention relates to peptides for promoting wound healing and application thereof. Specifically, the invention discloses peptides as shown in SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2 which are singly used or jointly used for promoting the wound healing activity and a grease containing the peptides, wherein the grease contains the following components by weight percent: 0.0005-0.001wt% of peptide as shown shown in SEQ ID NO:1 and / or peptide as shown in SEQ ID NO:2 and 2.0-4.0wt% of glutathione, 0.5-2.5wt% of taurine, 2.0-4.0wt% of 1,3 propylene glycol, 4.0-6.0wt% of tea extract, 2.0-4.0wt% of sweet almond oil, 2.0-4.0wt% of aloe extract, 8.0-12.0wt% of carbomer, 2.0-4.0wt% of rose fruit oil, 1.0-3.0wt% of asiaticoside, 2.0-4.0wt% of glucan, 1.0-3.0wt% of tremella extract, 0.5-2.5wt% of soy isoflavone, 0.5-1.5wt% of curcuma zedoary extract, 0.5-1.5wt% of dendrobium officinale extract and a defined amount of ethyl lauroyl arginate. The grease disclosed by the invention has an effect of promoting wound healing.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to non-natural peptides having a wound healing promoting effect and their use in cosmetic and personal care compositions. Background of the invention [0002] As of now, various natural and synthetic peptides have been found to be widely used in cosmetic compositions. Generally, peptides are included in cosmetics for their functional activities, such as enzyme inhibition, antiviral and antibacterial activities. [0003] Chinese invention patent CN101151043 discloses compositions and methods for promoting wound healing and tissue regeneration after tissue damage in subjects, which can reduce inflammation, promote healing, reduce scar formation, increase tensile strength, and promote regeneration of complex tissue structures. Unanticipated effects, and are active after injury to different tissues such as skin and brain. [0004] Chinese invention patent CN101375933 discloses a method for preparing Plectranthus amboinicus e...
