Preparation method of hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating for surface of textile material

The invention discloses hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating for the surface of a textile material. The hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating is prepared from the following components according to the mol ratio: the ratio of methyltriethoxysilane to perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane to modified nano silicon dioxide to water is (3 to 4) to (4 to 5) to (3 to 4) to (7 to 9); thehydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating further contains ethyl lauroyl arginate hydrochloride which accounts for 0.1 to 5 weight percent of the coating. According to the hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating, a cloth material is washed through a specific pre-treatment technology and dip-coating of the coating is carried out; curing treatment is carried out by adopting a specific technology to obtain a hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating layer. The hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating layer provided by the invention has the advantages of good adhesion force, strong self-cleaning capability, strong hydrophobic and oleophobic performance, flame-retarding performance and antibacterial performance, is applicable to various cloth materials and hasan extremely strong self-protection capability; the surface of cloth has hydrophobic and oleophobic characteristics and the pollution-resisting property can be effectively enhanced; the hydrophobic, oleophobic and antibacterial coating has a relatively great application prospect.

Preparation method of ethyl lauroyl arginate hydrochloride

The invention discloses a preparation method of ethyl lauroyl arginate hydrochloride, and belongs to the technical field of the preparation of food additives. The preparation method comprises the following steps that according to the charging molar ratio, which is not less than (2 to 1), of ethyl arginate dihydrochloride to lauryl chloride, dropwise adding the lauryl chloride into an ethyl arginate solution, and carrying out a reaction; after the reaction is finished, adding ethyl acetate, extracting, and separating an oil phase and a water phase; washing the oil phase through a saturated sodium chloride aqueous solution, and evaporating a solvent, so that the ethyl lauroyl arginate hydrochloride is obtained; replenishing the ethyl arginate dihydrochloride with an amount equivalent to the consumption in the former reaction into the water phase, dropwise adding the lauryl chloride with an equal molar weight, continuously reacting, and completing post treatment, wherein the step can be subsequently repeated to carry out multiple times of reaction. Through using the excessive ethyl arginate dihydrochloride in the initial step and then repeatedly utilizing the water phase containing the ethyl arginate dihydrochloride, a raw material is maintained to be excessive in each reaction and not only can the conversion ratio of the lauryl chloride be improved but also a high-purity product can be obtained.

Process for the synthesis of hydrochloride salt of N-fatty acylsubstituted amino acid ethyl esters

The present invention relates to a process for preparing hydrochloride salt of N-fatty acyl substituted amino acid ethyl ester. Said process includes the steps of: dissolving L-arginine ethyl ester dihydrochloride in distilled water with continuous agitation for a period of about 10 to about 20 minutes to obtain a clear solution; lowering the temperature of the clear solution to about 5° C. to about 10° C. to obtain a cooled solution; adjusting the pH of the cooled solution in the range of about 7 to about 8 by adding sodium hydroxide solution; adding at least one organic solvent to the clear solution with continuous agitation to obtain an intermediate mixture; condensing the intermediate mixture by simultaneously adding an acid halide and 20% sodium hydroxide solution at a temperature of about 7° C. to about 9° C. and at a pH in the range of about 7.2 to about 7.5 for about 2 hours to obtain a mixture; raising the temperature of the mixture to about 18 to about 20° C. followed by addition of sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH of the mixture to about 7.3; warming the mixture at a temperature of about 25 to about 30° C. to obtain a resultant mixture containing organic phase and aqueous phase; separating the organic phase and aqueous phase of the resultant mixture by settling the mixture; and distilling the organic phase under vacuum at a temperature of about 70° C. to about 75° C. to obtain a hydrochloride salt of ethyl lauroyl arginate.

The present invention provides an antimicrobial composition, which comprises a lauroyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) ion pair derivative, and the antimicrobial composition is an antiviral agent against an enveloped virus, wherein the enveloped virus is selected from vesicular stomatitis virus of the herpes virus, or the Newcastle disease virus selected from the paramyxovirus. The antiviral agent is the anti-infective agent comprising a condensate derived from fatty acid and esterified binary amino acid, and is capable of acting on Newcastle disease virus and vesicular stomatitis virus in-vitro, and reducing the infection of Newcastle disease virus and vesicular stomatitis virus to cells. The antiviral agent is added to the cultured Newcastle disease virus (NDV) and vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV), or the antiviral agent is added at different times before the virus is infected and after the infection, the infected cells are detected, and the number of viruses is found to be significantly reduced. The antiviral agent can effectively inhibit or kill the virus and can be used to prevent or reduce the ability of the virus to infect cells. The present invention also provides a method of preparing the antimicrobial composition, which has the characteristics of better virucidal effect and lower dosage than that of the original antimicrobial composition containing a LAE compound.
