The invention provides a method for preparing a diesel oil component or jet fuel component by using animal and plant oil. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) dividing the animal and plant oil into at least two parts, introducing the at least two parts of animal and plant oil to a plurality of catalyst beds of a first hydrogenation reactor, and enabling the at least two parts of animal and plant oil and a hydrodeoxygenation catalyst to contact and react to obtain n-alkanes with the carbon number of 8-24; (2) filling an isomerization catalyst in a second hydrogenation reactor, introducing a reaction product obtained in the step (1) to the second hydrogenation reactor, and reducing a condensation point after isomerization reaction to obtain a diesel oil component; or, (3) filling a selective cracking catalyst in the second hydrogenation reactor, introducing the reaction product obtained in the step (1) to the second hydrogenation reactor, and then, carrying out selective hydrocracking and isomerization to obtain a jet fuel blending component. The method provided by the invention is high in jet fuel yield; and the prepared jet fuel blending component is good in quality and can be mixed with the traditional petroleum-based jet fuel according to any proportion so as to be an excellent blending component.

The microemulsion method adopts the following required substances in percentage by mass: 6 percent to 30 percent of hydrocarbon oil, 10 to 30 percent of main emulsifying agents, 5 to 30 percent of cosurfactants and the balance water, wherein the hydrocarbon oil is light diesel oil, the main emulsifying agents are mixtures of polyoxyethylene water loss sorbierite aliphatic ester (tweens) and dehydration sorbierite aliphatic ester (spans), the hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB value) is 10 to 15, and the cosurfactants are C4 to C8 alcohol. The molybdenite collecting agents prepared by the method have transparent and clear appearance, wherein the grain diameter of oil drips is less than 50nm, the dispersity of the hydrocarbon oil in water is obviously improved, in addition, the preparation method is simple, the stability is good, no obvious change is caused after the placement for more than six months, and on the premise that the flotation concentrate grade is basically equal to the concentrate recovery rate, the oil saving rate can reach higher than 50 percent. The microemulsion method has the advantages that the collecting agents are applied to molybdenite flotation, the energy saving and the emission reduction are favorably realized, and the economic benefit is improved.

A method for preparing a jet fuel blending component by using animal and vegetable oils as raw materials comprises the following steps of: placing animal and vegetable oils in a first hydrogenation reactor, under the existence of hydrogen, contacting with a hydrogenation treatment catalyst, carrying out hydrodeoxygenation reaction; enabling the hydrocarbon liquid material obtained after the reaction to flow into a middle fractionating tower, feeding the C16-C24 fraction obtained after fractionating into a second hydrogenation reactor from the top part thereof, under the existence of hydrogen, carrying out selective cracking reaction at a cracking stage, and then carrying out isomerization reaction at an isomerization stage, feeding the C6-C15 fraction obtained after fractionating into the isomerization from the middle part and carrying out the isomerization reaction; enabling the hydrocarbon liquid material obtained after the reaction in the second hydrogenation reactor to flow into a product fractionating tower and fractionating so as to obtain the jet fuel blending component. The product prepared by the method provided by the invention is high in yield; the prepared jet fuel blending component is clear and transparent in appearance, excludes sulfur, excludes aromatic hydrocarbon, is low in freezing point and high in calorific value; and the jet fuel blending component compared with the petroleum based jet fuel in the prior art can be mixed according to optional ratios, thus being an excellent blending component.
