medicine consisting of
zeatin, N alpha-lauroyl-L-
arginine ethyl ester hydrochloride (LAE) and Ca(NO3)2 is sprayedonce
every other week three weeks before picking; (2) post-picking treatment is conducted, specifically, gradient cooling precooling treatment is conducted,
fumigation treatment is conducted on 1-methylcyclopropene and
chlorine dioxide in sequence while precooling; after precooling is conducted, an
ethylene absorbent is put, a fresh-keeping bag and a box cover are sealed, storage is conducted in acontrolled
atmosphere box or a
refrigeration house at -1.5-0 DEG C, and temperature changing treatment is conducted every 14 d; and (3) pre-warehouse-out treatment is conducted, specifically, different gradient temperatures are adopted for re-
fermentation treatment. By adopting the method, the storage period of the Longtan pearl plums can reach three months, the storage resistance of pearl plum fruits can be remarkably maintained, the sensory quality and
hardness of the fruits can be maintained, and the occurrence of
cold damage to the fruits can be effectively reduced.
