The invention discloses a soil in-situ remediation and heavy 
metal removing method. The method comprises the steps that a, a 
composite material is diluted with water and then sprayed to heavy-
metal contaminated soil according to the proportion of 100-200 L / mu, and the 
composite material is applied 
every other week and applied continuously for one month; b, modified Chinese 
medicine residue and 
organic manure are mixed and sown in the heavy-
metal contaminated soil by adopting a 
tractor-ploughing method; and c, weighing method watering is adopted for keeping the 
soil water content to be 50-60% of the treated 
soil water-holding capacity and is performed for 7-10 days successively. Soil contaminated with various 
heavy metals such as Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Cr and As and toxic organic substances such as chlorinated organic compounds, bromo-organic matters and 
antibiotics can be remediated, the form that the heavy metal activity and 
biological availability in the soil are high is relieved, the heavymetals are prevented from migrating and transforming to plants from the soil, biological concentration and amplification of the 
heavy metals are avoided, the 
heavy metals such as Cr and Hg in the soil can be efficiently removed, the original functions of the soil are restored, 
agricultural development requirements are met, the 
ecological safety of the plants such as crops is guaranteed, and accordingly, ecological risks, caused by biological amplification and concentration of the heavy metals, to the people are avoided.
