The on-vehicle controller is arranged in the AGV. The terminal controller is in communication connection with the on-vehicle controller through the communication module. The terminal controller is in communication connection with the storage module through a data wire. The terminal controller is connected with an input device. The input device inputs map information into the terminal controller. The terminal controller stores the map information into the storage module. The map information has one or a plurality of inlets, one or a plurality of outlets and a plurality of intersections. The terminal controller selects each cargo receiving point and each intersection on the map as monitoring points. Through performing adjustment in a control system of a terminal point controller, the AGV control system has advantages of reducing a requirement for a physical connection, realizing no requirement for a physical sensing device, reducing manufacturing cost of the AGV, ensuring reasonable planning for the AGV route, and preventing collision of the AGV.
