Problems solved by technology

At present, there are few studies on tissue culture and rapid propagation of H. aureus in our country. This study focuses on the disinfection of explants, primary culture, induction of callus, differentiation culture, strong seedling culture, rooting culture and tissue culture of seedlings. Systematic research has been carried out on seedling hardening and transplanting, in order to provide technical support for the rapid propagation of excellent golden leaf seedlings, and to meet the increasing market demand for golden leaf

Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue culture rapid propagation method for caryopteris clandonensis. The method comprises the following steps: sterilizing, namely taking a stem section of caryopteris clandonensis as an explant and sterilizing; primary culture, namely inoculating the explant into a primary culture medium for culturing, thereby acquiring bud seedlings; callus induction, namely cutting the bud seedlings into stem sections, longitudinally cutting openings on the surfaces and then inoculating into the induction medium for culturing, thereby acquiring callus; differentiation culture, namely inoculating the callus into a differential medium for culturing, thereby acquiring budlets; strong seedling culture, namely inoculating budlets into a strong seedling culture medium for culturing, thereby acquiring rootless seedlings; rooting culture, namely inoculating the rootless seedlings into a rooting culture medium for culturing; and hardening seedlings and transplanting, namely hardening seedlings and transplanting after the rooting culture for a period of time. The invention systematically researches the aspects of explant disinfection, primary culture, callus induction, differentiation culture, strong seedling culture, rooting culture and tissue culture seedling, supplies a technical support for the rapid propagation of excellent caryopteris clandonensis seedlings and meets the increasing requirement for the caryopteris clandonensis in the market.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a propagation method of golden-leaved kelp, in particular to a tissue-cultured rapid propagation method of golden-leafed radishes. Background technique [0002] Golden Leaf Halibut is a plant of the Verbenaceae genus Halibut, with long ovate leaves, smooth leaf surface, golden yellow, elegant shape, and the effect of setting off colors. It is an excellent greening landscaping shrub with great ornamental value. Golden Leaf Halibut is resistant to drought, cold, and extensive management. The more pruned it is during the growing season, the brighter the yellow color of the leaves, and it has a wide range of garden uses. Although H. aureus can be propagated by cuttings, the survival rate of cuttings used in production is not high, and the propagation speed is slow, so it is difficult to meet the needs of the market. A large number of test-tube seedlings can be obtained in a short period of time by using tissue culture method, whic...
