A certain number of alternating-current charging piles which supply power by using 220V single phase alternating current are arranged in the charging station, the entrance time, the remaining electric quantity, the estimated leaving time, the charging load curves and other information of entrance vehicles are collected, the collected charging load curves are added into load curves of all current phases, the optimal solution of each phase is obtained through an optimization algorithm, wherein the optimal solution of each phase is a charging queuing sequence, which enables the three-phase load balance degree highest, of all charging vehicles including new entrance vehicles in the whole station. The solution, in which the load balance degree is highest, in the optimal solutions of the three phases serves as the global optimal solution, charging facilities, which are connected with the phases corresponding to the entrance vehicles, are assigned to the entrance vehicles respectively, and the charging queuing sequence corresponding to the entrance vehicles is adopted to serve as the current queuing sequence of charging vehicles; optimization solving is conducted on each entrance vehicle. According to the charging control method, the charging time period of each vehicle is reasonably arranged, so that the three-phase load balance degree keeps optimal all the time.
