The method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking the camellia oleifera seeds with gibberellin liquid orthiourea liquid; (2) soaking the camellia oleifera seeds in hot water with the temperature of 50-55 DEG C for 15-20 min at a constant temperature; and then adding cold water to decrease the temperature until the temperature reaches 20-30 DEG C after 20 min; (3) soaking the camellia oleifera seeds with a trisodium phosphate solution; then transferring the camellia oleifera seeds into warm water with the temperature of 25 DEG C; (4) covering the camellia oleifera seeds with gauze until the camellia oleifera seeds sufficiently absorb water; scrubbing with a soap; flushing with clean water; and then draining off; (5) transferring the seeds into a clay basin; covering the seeds with wrung-out wet towels which are placed on and below the seeds, and then placing into a constant-temperature box for accelerating germination; (6) up and down overturning the seeds in the constant-temperature box twice every day, and keeping the covered towels moist; and (7) mixing the seeds and the moist fine sandy soil; and selecting a day for seeding after germination.
