A welding process comprises the following steps of: positioning and loading to-be-welded plates on the clamp of the movable workbench; moving the to-be-welded plates to a welding station, and performing welding on fixed points on the to-be-welded plates by a robot welding system,and fixing together the to-be-welded plates, thereby obtaining a top cover semi-finished product; after the fixed points are welded, adopting the repair welding positioning mechanism to lift the top cover semi-finished product to the air; and enabling the robot welding system to complete repair welding of residual welding points in the air.
