Abstract

The invention provides a hysteromyoma excision system under a hysteroscope combined with a laparoscope. The hysteromyoma excision system comprises a laparoscope system, a hysteroscope system, an endoscope system and a main control device, wherein the main control device is in charge of controlling work of the laparoscope system, the hysteroscope system and the endoscope system; the laparoscope system comprises a CCD camera, an outer pipe, an inner pipe and a vibrating device; the inner pipe sleeves the outer pipe; the CCD camera is arranged at the front end of the inner pipe; and the vibratingdevice is connected to the back end of the inner pipe and is in charge of vibrating the inner pipe, so that the CCD camera at the front end of the inner pipe can acquire images in an examined region;according to a control method of the laparoscope system, the vibrating device, under the control of the main control device, is vibrated so as to drive the inner pipe to vibrate, and the CCD camera,which is driven along with the vibrating of the inner pipe, is moved to collect the images. The system provided by the invention is good in operative field and less in quantity of lens bodies, and thesystem can reduce the occurrence of complications in an operation; and pain in a patient is light and the patient can get recovered rapidly.
