Abstract
The invention provides a detection method for determining two preservatives in an air filter screen. The detection method is used for determining content of MIT (2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one) and OIT(2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one). With the adoption of ultrasonic extraction, C18-SPE (solid phase extraction) cartridge based purification and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) detection, the two preservatives in the filter screen can be subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis rapidly and efficiently. The method has the advantages of being high in yield, good in repeatabilityand high in sensitivity and can be used for detecting MIT and OIT in the air filter screen rapidly and efficiently.
