Abstract

The invention relates to a three-dimensional object manufacturing method. The three-dimensional object manufacturing method comprises the following steps of (1) coating an outer contour material ontothe cross section contour boundary of the current layer of a three-dimensional object to be manufactured and coating a molding material in a cross section contour area of the current layer of the three-dimensional object to be manufactured to make the outer contour material encircle the three-dimensional object to be manufactured and correspond to the cross section contour of the molding material;(2) heating the molding material coated onto the current layer and at least one layer of molding material coated onto the current layer into a molten state; and (3) repeating the steps (1) and (2) until manufacturing of the three-dimensional object is completed, wherein the melting point of the outer contour material is higher than the melting point of the molding material. According to the three-dimensional object manufacturing method, in the printing process, the molding material coated onto the current layer and the previous at least one layer of molding material of the current layer are better fused and bonded, so that printing layers are combined more completely.
