Abstract

The invention discloses a linkage unlocking type microsatellite on-orbit release device, which comprises a base. A tail interface is arranged in a microsatellite connection end. The locking and unlocking are achieved through a linkage unlocking assembly between the tail interface and the base. The linkage unlocking assembly includes a rotating shaft mounted on the base. At least three cranks are uniformly connected with the rotating shaft in a circumferential direction. A locking block is connected to the tail end of each crank. The rotating shaft is rotated and drives the locking blocks to move radially through the cranks. At least three jacks are evenly distributed in the tail interface in the circumferential direction. The jacks are distributed on the outer ring of the rotating shaft and correspond to the locking blocks one by one. The locking blocks move into or out of the jacks radially to achieve locking or unlocking. The linkage unlocking type microsatellite on-orbit release device provided by the invention realizes the linkage unlocking and the steady release of a microsatellite on-orbit release process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of an on-orbit release device for a micro-aircraft, in particular to a linkage unlocking type micro-satellite on-orbit release device. Background technique [0002] After the on-orbit components of each module of my country's manned space engineering space station are completed, a large number of on-orbit test verification and on-orbit engineering applications need to be completed, and the on-orbit release technology of micro aircraft has emerged as the times require. According to the experience of the in-orbit application of the International Space Station, after the completion of the on-orbit components of my country's space station, it also has the function of releasing micro-aircraft on-orbit. The micro-aircraft mainly includes micro-satellites with non-standard appearance and cube satellites with standard appearance. A micro-aircraft with a mass between 10 and 100 kg and a specific function. The shape en...
