The whole system is simple and convenient to mount and maintain and can be also suitable for the wind field with a large installed capacity. The monitoring method is achieved by measuring displacement of the cabin. On the premise of relatively small wind loads of the draught fans, whether settlement or non-uniform settlement happens in the foundation or not can be monitored too by means of measured elevationand horizontal displacement changes of the cabin; the conventional pseudo distance difference technology is replaced by RTK technology, so that the positioning precision of the cabin can be improvedto centimeter level. As the settlement, which is in a commonly centimeter level, of the foundation of the draught fans is different from the displacement of the cabin subject to the wind loads, the measuring precision reaches the centimeter level, thereby providing a reliable guarantee for settlement detection. The system also monitors the displacement at high frequency in real time by applying the RTK technology.
