The embodiment of the invention provides a real-time calculating method and device of apodization coefficients in beam forming. According to the method, only position information of each array element, the specific values of the number of apodization indexes contained in the preset corresponding relationship between the apodization indexes and the apodization coefficients to the diameters of receiving holes and the preset corresponding relationship between the apodization indexes and the apodization coefficients need to be stored in a storage device in advance; therefore, when the apodizationcoefficients when one certain array element is in the central line of one receiving hole in a certain position and when the certain array element is in one receiving hole with a certain diameter needto be obtained, the apodization coefficients of the corresponding array element can be calculated in real time according to the pieces of data which is stored. By means of the method, the apodizationcoefficients when each array element is in the central lines of the receiving holes in different positions and when each array element is in the receiving holes with different diameters do not need tobe stored in the storage device in advance respectively, so that storage resources are saved.
