Abstract

The method is suitable for pure electric automobiles with range extenders as second power sources. According to the method, the influences of oil consumption, emission and vibration noise of the range extender on actual operation conditions of the range extender are comprehensively considered, and multi-objective functions between the range extender and speed-torque are fitted respectively through an interpolation method and a nonlinear regression method; multi-objective function models are optimally solved through a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm and an adaptive weight allocation method in combination with speed and torque constraints of the range extender, and the optimal working points of the range extender are obtained. By means of the method, target weight allocation can be regulated in real time according tourban emission regulations, road conditions and economic needs to obtain the optimal working points of the range extender, and a range extender power system can work in an economical area, a green area, a comfortable area and a comprehensive area.
