Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of airplane fuel system tests, and relates to a device for airplane fuel system tests. The device is mainly composed of flexible pipes and flexiblecollection bags. A tank vent system oil intermingle test method for the airplane fuel system tests is provided. The measuring method comprises the steps of adjusting a flight simulation attitude bench and a simulation airplane flight height system to a ready state; installing the devices such as collection flexible pipes, vent flexible pipes and flexible collection bags at exits of vent system pipelines of a test simulation tank; installing an inverted-omega-shaped device at an interface of the vent system of the test simulation tank and the simulation airplane flight height system to refuelthe test simulation tank; simulating the flight attitude and flight height according to a flight envelope to carry out the simulation test, wherein during the test process, fuel may enter the airplanevent system in a certain state, and the fuel entering the vent system can be collected by the flexible collection bags and the inverted-omega-shaped device; and collecting the oil liquid in the flexible collection bags and the inverted-omega-shaped device after the test is ended, and weighing the fuel liquid and obtaining the mass of the intermingled oil of the airplane vent system.
