Abstract

A novel material suitable as a battery case of an electric vehicle is disclosed. The material includes 50-80 parts by mass of ABS resin, 10-30 parts by mass of polyethylene terephthalate, 8-15 parts by mass of ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 5-8 parts by mass of maleic anhydride grafted ABS, 0.1-0.5 part by mass of a heat stabilizer, 0.1-0.3 part by mass of a lubricant and 0.02-1.5 parts by massof a coupling agent. The material is applied for molding a battery case of an electric vehicle, has extremely high resistance to organic solvents, and can effectively protect the battery case of the electric vehicle from being cracked.
