The invention provides a high-temperature resistant, anti-sticking and anticorrosive
thermoplastic coating for inner walls of
metal pipelines and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of coatings. The
coating comprises
thermoplastic polyether
sulfone resins, high-temperature resistant fluororesins, thixotropic agents, anticorrosion pigments, functional fillers, a complex
solvent and auxiliaries in a
mass ratio of (10-20):(6-15):(0-2):(2-15):(0-30):(40-78):(0-2). The preparation method is characterized by mixing the
thermoplastic polyether
sulfone resins, high-temperature resistant fluororesins, thixotropic agents, functional fillers, anticorrosion pigments, complex solvents and auxiliaries and then stirring the mixture at a linear velocity of 15m / s for 15-30 minutes and then sanding the mixture for 2-6 hours. The
coating provided by the invention has the characteristics that the coating has good adhesion with
metal substrates, has usage temperature up to 260 DEG C, has low
surface energy, is oleophobic and lyophobic, prevents
contamination and scaling and has strong acid, alkali and
corrosion resistance capacities and thin coat. The preparation method is simple, the production process is easy to control and the production equipment is easy to achieve.
