Embodiment Construction

[0011] Below in conjunction with the examples, the specific implementation of the present invention will be further described in detail. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0012] A powder metallurgy method of the present invention contains 6.8% of micropowder wax, 1.1-3.2% of polyethylene powder, 1.1-2.2% of zinc stearate, 4.3% of anti-wear agent, 5% of tungsten powder and the rest is aluminum powder by weight and impurities that are difficult to remove; the above powder is stirred with a mixer at a high temperature of 260-280°C for 5-6 hours, fully mixed, and then die-casted and deburred to obtain a finished product.

[0013] The zinc stearate weight ratio is 2%. The weight ratio of the polyethylene powder is 3%.

[0014] The powder metallurgy method of the invention greatly improves the tensile strength and hardness of the product.

Abstract

The invention provides a powder metallurgy method. A powder metallurgy material comprises the following components by weight: 6.8% of micronized wax, 1.1-3.2% of polyethylene powder, 1.1-2.2% of zincstearate, 4.3% of an antiwear agent, 5% of tungsten powder, and the balance of aluminum powder and unremovable impurities. The powder metallurgy method comprises the following steps: stirring the powder for 5-6 hours by using a stirrer at the high temperature of 260-280 DEG C; fully mixing; and then carrying out pressure casting, and removing burrs to obtain finished products. By the powder metallurgy method, the stretching strength and hardness of products are greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a powder metallurgy method. Background technique [0002] Powder metallurgy is a process technology for producing metal powder or using metal powder (or a mixture of metal powder and non-metal powder) as raw material, forming and sintering to manufacture metal materials, composite materials and various types of products. The powder metallurgy method has similarities with the production of ceramics, and both belong to the powder sintering technology. Therefore, a series of new powder metallurgy technologies can also be used for the preparation of ceramic materials. Due to the advantages of powder metallurgy technology, it has become the key to solve the problems of new materials and plays a pivotal role in the development of new materials. Powder metallurgy includes powder making and products. Among them, milling is mainly a metallurgical process, which is consistent with the literal meaning. However, powder metallurgy produc...
