Abstract

The invention discloses a production method for preheating forming loudspeaker vibration diaphragm. The method comprises the steps such as impregnation, drying, preheating, hot press forming and cutting. In the impregnation step, a base material is impregnated into resin solution. In the drying step, the base material is dried. In the preheating step, the base material is preheated in an environment that preheating temperature is lower than glass transition temperature of resin. In the hot press forming step, heating and compression forming is carried out on the base material to obtain loudspeaker vibration diaphragm preset shapes in the environment that forming temperature is higher than the glass transition temperature of the resin. In the cutting step, the loudspeaker vibration diaphragm preset shapes are cut off from the base material, thereby obtaining the loudspeaker vibration diaphragm. According to the method, the base material comprising thermosetting resin and thermoplastic resin is provided, the time of forming the loudspeaker vibration diaphragm is reduced, the production efficiency is improved; and according to the produced loudspeaker vibration diaphragm, noises can be removed.
