Abstract

A double parallel beam sensor and two sets of processor systems are combined; the device includes two mixed signal microcontrollers, an integrated single-power instrument amplifier and a mixed signal micro-controller form a two-stage amplification circuit, and the mixed signal micro-controllerand an embedded 32-bit processor form a two-stage processing frame. The device can ensure the signal conditioning performance and meanwhile adapt to the situation that different excitation voltage causes different common mode voltage and the change of the signal input range; single parallel beam impulse type grain flow signal acquisition and double parallel beam impulse type grain flow signal acquisition are compatible, the synchronization of data acquisition at a time is ensured by sharing serial port signals, and the yield calculation errors are reduced. The floating-point calculation is supported, the complex signal processing algorithm can directly run, the traditional host computer processing scheme is avoided, the portability of a system is improved, input of 6-36V DC voltage is supported, and the device can adapt to the situation that a vehicle-mounted power supply is unstable in power supply.
