Ayoghourt stirring mechanism which cooperates with the turntable is arranged on the table top of the cabinet. The Thai yoghourt stir-frying machine is equipped with multiple vertical shovel plates foryoghourt stir-frying operation simultaneously. In comparison with manual operation with mostly two shovel plates, production efficiency of the invention is remarkably raised.
